Compendium of Curiosities Challenge #23 plus 2

Here is this weeks challenge entry for the Compendium of Curiosities at Lindas great blog Studio L3. I like this technique, but it's messy lol

Double Distress

Check out page 40 of Tim Holtz's A Compendium of Curiosities for instructions

this will also be entered into the All Things Tim group as well as Simon Says Stamp and Show your distress.

this is a grungeboard heart with the technique applied, DIs used include fired brick, tea dye, tattered rose and black soot. there are some stickles in there too, but you cannot see them in the pic. the dangles are from my almost endless stash of unused 'finds'.
Thanks for looking.

Wow, Yelowflower, this is such a gorgeous and clever wall hanging! The double distress looks great, and the folder you used works amazingly well with the heart! I love all the little crystals, and the spiral wire hanger gives it a little industrial coolness. A brilliant idea, beautifully accomplished!
